Refund Eligibility

Given the digital format of our courses, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or engaged with. However, we recognize that extraordinary circumstances can occur. As such, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

  • Sickness or serious illness, with appropriate documentation.
  • Technical issues that prevent course access or completion, not attributable to user error.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Courses that have been completed or where a significant portion has been engaged with.
  • Downloadable content that has been accessed.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please submit:

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant documentation (e.g., medical certificate, proof of technical issues).
  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
