Representing the employer at the CCMA/Bargaining coucil at conciliation and arbitration and in Labour Court litigation.
Section 135(4) of the LRA stipulates that an emplyer may represent himself o be represented by an official from a registered employers organisation. Consultants have no right of audience in conciliations, arbitrations or in litigation at the Labour Court.
Correspondence and communication with union/s.
We act as a 'watchdog' to prevent unreasonable union demands and act as an intermediary between you and the union/s;we also"

- Confirm registration and representivity
- Regulate union access to the workplace and the exercising of organisational rights.
- Limit union's rights to the disclosure of information during consulation processes
- Correspond in writing an communicate on your behalf with the union/s
