Coaching and Capacity Building on the implementation of outcomes-based education and training for learnerships, skills programs, National Vocational Qualifications in FET colleges and curriculum 2005 in schools  

H.E.A.R.T. Solutions offer on-going coaching and support services to Assessors, Teachers, Lecturers and parents towards successfully implementing and supporting outcomes-based learning.
Regular workshops are conducted and the Advisor also conducts visits towards understanding the challenges and recognising the opportunities that exist.
